Malaysia Property Millionaires List – Part 1

You may have heard that many made millions from properties or real estates. They may even have ride through the rough time with their real estate investment strategy during the financial crisis. How did they did it? Who are these people? What are their trade secrets? Curiosity has really pinch my nerves down to look out for these legendary millionaires in Malaysia. Wandering through the internet, the followings are the few that I found.

Profile No1: Dr. Peter Yee

From a teacher to management training consultant, then became a remiser, than move on to be a restaurant owner, switching jobs and roles hasn’t really satisfied him. Until he found his success in life in becoming a full time real estate/ property investor that made him millions and financially freedom.

His success has made him famous and various media has been introducing his stories. Appearing many time in the magazine ”Personal Money”, “theStar” and “Nanyang” newspapers, until radio interviews from BFM, Dr. Peter Yee is some real deal here. He has so far bought 14 properties, including terraced houses, bungalows and shop offices. Rental income and the sale of six properties have earned him profits of more than RM1mil.

Profile No. 2. Michael Tan

A professional engineer that venture into businesses and fail them all and nearly got into a bankruptcy has now own 12 properties which worth a RM2.9Mil.
